Small family run company, no anonymity, everyone knows everyone else. The owner knows you by name, and jobs are tailored, problems are dealt with on a personal basis. Furthermore, company believes in sustainability and deals consciously with environmental issues.
Cons
No feedback from the management or direct supervisors, not the best relationship since leaving, and little to no acceptance of strangers to the culture.
