Hybrid working model, people are nice, salaries are slightly higher than industry, easy work and doesn't require long hours.
Cons
Lack of leadership and poor management, no innovation, many layoffs, environment of fear and control, bad service toward clients and towards employees, employees' points of view are not listened to. Focus on efficiency and control of the amount of time spent working. Explicit threats of getting fired or losing benefits. Unclear indicators to assess performance. Office politics are rampant.
