Lack of Employee friendly Policies that could not encourage extra curricular development of an individual

You will get ample of free time i think thats the only pros of hdil.

Increment is uncertain, salary delay where as a matter of fact we are still waiting for July month salary, no proper response from th HR, PF amount has been paid till Dec.
