      Good values Good people Freedom to take on responsibility and grow quickly

      Cons

      If you are someone who expects to be rewarded without taking action you will not be happy - there is no passive growth Part of the company still functions in Japanese even though English is claimed to be the language of operation

      Workplace was quite nice and it followed exactly what it promised in terms of taking care of their interns nicely.
