Pros
the people in the company are very nice, to be honest. especially when it comes to the team leads and team mates. there is a strong sense of camaraderie that you won't find elsewhere.
Cons
considering the amount of stress you'll get, the pay is low but always on time. HR higher ups are total dipshits. hr is totally super strict when it comes to attendance, even for a bpo company. building facilities are almost non existent. there's no sleeping quarters. just a zen room full of reclining chairs.
