Pros
Very good platform for freshers to learn many technical knowledge, travel allowances are given, No work pressure, flexible work, 3 times exemption if you're coming late to office.
Cons
Very low salary, no ESI PF INSURANCE benefits, no hike, no bouns, ancient technology, every month 21st late salary! Bad work culture, dirty politics, unwanted salary deduction, no party/team outing, no extra activities, if anything wrong happens they'll pass the plates through mails on others, no proper maintenance of office records, office infrastructure inside is horrible!!!
