Pros

Pre-2020, the company was a great place to work with senior leadership that were experts in the industry that also cared for employees

Cons

Post-2020, the previous leadership either retired or were driven out by external hires that made their own clique. These newbies had no experience in the industry, disregarded any advice from previous leaders, and wanted to leave their mark by changing the company how they saw fit like forming new departments that made no impact. The 12+ years of growth the company earned started to decline and even though the CEO and leadership tells everyone the company is doing fine, entire departments have been laid off and have been replaced by more and more sales reps or outsourced positions in India. Like a lot of other reviews say, this company also underpays. They'll gaslight you by saying its because their benefits package is better than other companies, but other than getting a couple more sick days a year, it's not as special as they claim it to be.

Pros

Pro - The temporary agency will send you to an assessment first, assembling and labelling one of the product lines; just follow the directions and stay focused not hard at all. Pro - Good manufacturing operator onboarding; I spent two weeks in training and shadowing the operators on the line and I started out optimistically. Pro - I worked on various lines of the drive-thru technology; headsets are the most demanding. Pro – The building and area are decent; break room has big flat screen with game shows running all day.

Cons

Con - I saw a split between the temporaries and the regulars. During busy times (summer), the temps are kept busy while the regulars do little or take easy assignments, and when the busy times are over, all the temps are let go and the regulars are finally put back to work. Con - When the assignment ended, I was called by the agency to come in and turn in my ESD jacket and badge with the ESD heel straps … Why didn’t they collect these at the end of the assignment at HME? Con - I don’t recommend working there as a temporary employee; only apply as a regular, or your time will be wasted filling in for regular employees with years of service that do little while you are busy. Con: Company laid off many temporary workers a week before the big company picnic…
