I recently rejoined HMP Global after spending time at another organization, and my experience throughout the process has reinforced why I originally enjoyed working here. The team culture is genuinely supportive, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork across departments. At HMP, I have experienced a positive and encouraging work environment, leadership that values employee wellness and growth, and a healthy work-life balance. I have personally found my colleagues to be both driven and approachable, which makes a huge difference in my day to day conversations. As with any evolving organization, there can be periods of transition that require flexibility, adaptability, and understanding.

Some genuine employees worked there.

A challenging workplace environment with inconsistent structure and support. Expectations were not always clearly communicated, and employees were often required to navigate responsibilities without sufficient training or guidance. Communication from leadership could at times feel dismissive rather than constructive, which impacted morale and overall team experience. While there were moments of effort toward improvement, the overall environment often felt disorganized and lacking in consistent support for employees.
