Flexible hours Coworkers are mostly nice.

Health insurance was high. Could do better with promoting within.

Good equipment; and some good people below top management levels.

Unrealistic top management and goals; employees run in fear of CEO and VP's; good employee's leaving like rats on a sinking ship; they terminate you without warning or a sit down to discuss grievances; HR department is worthless and spineless; lots of corporate back-stabbing; hyper-critical top management. One of the poorest on-time delivery records I have ever seen. Customers are kept in the dark and strung along until they finally cancel PO's in disgust.
