Management is confusing and inaccessible. Poaching culture for talent. “Friends" get promoted, regardless of qualifications. Would rather "steal" top talent from another company. Tends to hire outside the company for their client relationships. Rarely promote from within even though they state they do. Completely and totally obsessed with profits. All officer level positions filled from outside. No company loyalty. Decisions based on the politics not performance. Hard honest work becomes futile.
