great staff and made life-long friends, Fun projects when I was there. Learn a lot.
Cons
I joined as a fresh graduate. The starting pay was comparable across the market. However, getting a raise/promotion was extremely difficult despite your hard work. getting the right supervisor is important to your growth as they would fight or won't for your advancement.
