      Pros

      HOLOS is true to what it stands for. REAL autonomy and flexibility are offered, teams are amazing, products are delicious! HOLOS does not make any promises it won't deliver on.

      Cons

      You need to adapt to a more start-up work environment and sometimes get creative when troubleshooting. The lack of backups to each position means that you are 100% accountable for what happens.
