Poor Management - Purchasing HOLWEGWEBER Employee Review

The company is poorly managed and has a high turnover of employees. If you aren't a "yes" person, don't work there. They will treat you poorly. They have no training process that is consistent with each employee. Very poor communication. Some employees are told one thing and others within the department are not told the same thing or anything at all.
