Blame Game-Hoyers management /planning will put the blame on the driver and have that driver on a disciplinary no-matter how trivial (and I do mean trivial) wether its the drivers fualt or not. I have been quoted by office staff that 50-70% of the drivers have disciplinarys against them. Thats just the Bitumen contract. Watch out for the 'Hoyers demands excellance' chant by the managers; they remind me of a religious cult. This is not a secure job; you could be put on a disciplinary, or suspension and fired at any time. Alot of drivers leave after the two year point, so they dont have to pay back the 2 Grand Hoyers want for training you. (I'm going to be one of them)
