Hi there! Thank you for your review and for taking the time to recognize our working environment and learning opportunities! To your point about restructuring, I'd like to mention that we have already announced a proposed restructuring, and the same thing is happening in many other tech companies. In addition to this, all employees impacted by our restructuring efforts are welcome to re-apply for employment. Also, the entire performance management process is being improved, and more details will be shared with employees soon. ~ Madalina Antohe, Employer brand & digital media leader

Pros
Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".
Cons
ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors.
Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
