Stay Away! - Director HP Inc. Employee Review

While I worked there it was a very cover-your-ass work culture where nobody wanted to make decisions for fear of being responsible for a mistake. Every year there were layoffs which had everyone looking over their shoulder constantly. Now there is heavy reverse-discrimination happening. If you aren't female, good luck getting hired, especially for leadership roles, and if you do get hired you'll be a second class citizen while the females get all the mentorship and coaching. Once you get to a certain age, you are out the door. If you want to get ahead in your career, I'd highly reccomend avoiding this company at all costs.
