Thank you for sharing this! It means a lot to hear that the work feels meaningful and that our colleagues and culture are making your experience a great one. Building a product that genuinely makes a difference is at the heart of what we do, and it's wonderful to know that comes through day-to-day.
You've named some real and familiar growing pains, and we appreciate the candor. Shifting priorities are an inherent part of operating in a high-growth startup environment — we move fast because the market demands it, and we appreciate the team's flexibility as we navigate that. On compensation, we regularly use benchmark data to ensure our pay is fair and competitive within the market. On documentation, we'd love to hear more about where the gaps are so we can make sure the right resources are in place — please feel free to raise this with your manager or our People team directly.
Thank you for being part of the team and for continuing to contribute to something bigger. We're glad you're here!
The culture at HR Acuity is wonderful. It is the best culture at any place I have worked at in my 13 year career. The engineering work is challenging and there is a lot of room for career advancement. I feel like my ideas are taken seriously and I have been able to give lots of input. The work life balance is excellent. I really appreciate the flexible PTO and half days on Fridays in the summer.
Cons
Growing pains from being a high growth tech company.
Intelligent, dedicated people who genuinely love their jobs. Thought leaders in the HR/ER space. Amazing, thorough onboarding program. Open to new ideas, workflows, processes, etc.
Cons
Just the same as with any tech company. Fast-paced environment, shifting priorities, changing market demands. The people here are very present and accept these 'cons' and challenges yet to be solved.
