Pros

Great coworkers with dysfunctional executive team.

Cons

There is a lack of forward-thinking and micromanaging throughout this organization. Owners cannot agree on how to run the company and often engage in unethical treatment of employees with no paper trail, as is the case for many of their departments. Workplace culture is old school as employees must be in 4 days a week as a hybrid schedule and no flexibility on that arrangement. Coworkers were great, but the executive team treated both corporate office workers and inspectors with little to no respect or understanding of their duties or that life events happen - so flexibility may be needed in performing one's duties.

Pros

Quite honestly and sadly, there is not one pro while working at this company.

Cons

When I got offered the position, I looked at the reviews on here. They were all horrible. I thought to myself, “Can’t be that bad.”. So naturally, I took the position. I was wrong. Horribly, terribly wrong. There are so many corrupt and not so legal things going on behind closed doors. I am honestly surprised this company is still operating. They were going through some legal trouble during my time there. The owner of the company treats employees like they mean nothing. The amount of times they were so willing to fire someone over nothing or to keep an employee they liked was horrifically astonishing. Management in different departments would let these things happen and not fight for their employees. Honestly, I think it’s because I think they are all scared of the owner. They took away employees one day of work at home in some departments and not others so that they would fix the owners mistakes in different tasks. Benefits are terrible. Micromanaging thrives at this company. They do not care about their employees. One last thing, some employees would get bare bones salary while others (connect the dots) would be paid well over what they deserved. It was the worst and most disfuncional company I have ever worked at in all of my years of experience.
