The place is alright. Decide if you wanna do it or not from the start, like from the interview. I found it hard to follow the strict rules but it works well as a practice ground tbh.

There are many, depending on how your tolerance is. But there is no politics, toxicity or anything of that sort which sometimes bigger offices have. If you go by the rules, it's okay. Can only speak about internship.
