Pros

The people were great. So were the weekly parties and the opportunity to move overseas.

Cons

The managers nit pick employees negatives and mistakes to ensure that they can blame those under them, keeping their reputation, KPIs and Employee files squeaky clean. Targets constantly increased and it makes it more and more difficult to gain incentives. The meager salary too is a con. They harp on and on about FATCA, Money laundering and values- but the values are non-existent.

Pros

Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

Cons

Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
