Pros

- good benefits (leave, medical claim, etc. ) - good relationship between senior and junior teammates

Cons

- Conservative HSBC culture inherit by line manager which migrate from bank to GLT tend not to be open to new ideas and approach. - Strictly adherent to guidelines with little or no flexibility which set by line manager (e.g.. working hours) - Salary not synchronised across departments, resulting in staff with same level of experience and/or performance but huge gap in salary range. - Fresh grad salary (entry level) is almost the same with permanent staff salary (junior level approx. 2 years working experience in GLT) resulting in dissatisfaction among junior co-workers

Pros

Never come. All the positions and all area is same terrible. HR official turnover rate reach to 15%, some core hard working positions even can be a higher rate

Cons

They don't respect employees, there's a suit in New York area initiated by previous bankers in 2023. Because they asked for a lot of volunteering work on formal job but never pay
