Good pension, friendly and generally knowledgeable people
Cons
Constant re-structuring, redundancies and not backfilling leavers is commonplace with expectation that remaining people will keep picking up the work. Regular 12-14hr days in some teams though others work 9-5. Very limited opportunities for progression. Current position of snr mgmt to not keep up with market rates for pay due to draw of the brand name is naive.
