Too much work pressure. Internal Politics. Bureaucracy. Low Pay. No/Negligible Hike. Redundant Processes or Tools. No Human to contact for HR, just keep raising HR tickets and wait for response, cannot have a real proper HR conversation. Most Team Managers do not know proper English and at best know contact center English and would tell you to sir/maam the customers and fall to their feet saying sorry even though those ages are gone now. Group Skip level meetings where no one will actually tell their issues or someone will convey to the manager what was spoken about in skip level meeting hence defeats the entire purpose. Cafeteria is pathetic !
