Pros
I have a lot of autonomy in my work and I've found if you do a good job you're rewarded with larger and more exciting projects. The company is offering increasingly sophisticated development opportunities, and you work with very senior clients (CEO/CHRO/Global Head of). One of the best things about Hot Spots Movement is the people, they are fun, supportive and I learn from them all. It's growing fast, and they seem to add a new employee nearly every month. It's an exciting place to be.
Cons
You need to be able to hit the ground running, push your thinking and sometimes operates outside your comfortzone - might not be for everyone. You will need to be able to deal with change - it's a small company that's growing fast.
