      Pros

      Great people to work with, can be challenging but also extremely rewarding. HSO does have a genuine focus on 'the right thing' to do by it's staff and customers.

      Cons

      Expect lots of time away from home in consulting or project management roles.

      Pros

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
