Business outlook
Pros
Management cares for my well being and development. They see it as helping me and helping customers. Great to work with an extended peer group especially when on D365 F&O projects. It is just nice to be able to get that level of support. The team and the guys just get it. Enjoying working here and knowing I can grow as the company grows.
Cons
Coming from a smaller practice I just thought it was normal being stressed and working 5 days on site researching on google. Here at HSO I have the time and support to give my best for a customer. Not really a negative I know, but HSO have seemed to have got the balance between work, play and progression.
