      1. Management / Leadership - disconnected from reality ( No background of business model) 2. HR (Should I say lack of humanity) 3. Increments / Promotions (Non existent practically; does exist on paper/policy)

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
