Pros
Daily workout, hands-on sales experience, encourages discipline and routine, a (sometimes) fun environment that’s motivating (or soul crushing if you don’t have a competitive streak). The company tries to encourage “teamwork”- and does attempt decent job at looking/sounding professional.
Cons
You’re grinding 12-hour days, six days a week, knocking doors for nothing but straight commission—no hourly, no overtime, no real incentives. It’s a setup where you can crash just as easily as you can climb.
The culture is toxic and the boss is so out of their depth it’s almost impressive. HR might as well be a cardboard cutout because they’re absolutely useless—if they even exist.
A few coworkers are solid, but the overall immaturity drowns out any professionalism. The employees are all teenagers- one tried to assault me out of jealousy, and another one got his ego bruised (he came in second to me) he sabotaged my job. Everyone is ignorant to CA Labor Laws, and a victim to the false promises this company provides.
