      - They offer a good benefits scheme - Dog-friendly office

      Cons

      - Pay is a lot less than other places - Office environment isn't nice - work in complete silence, feels awkward to talk - Feels very cliquey - Communication between teams isn't great - Not enough support or training

      Private healthcare and dog friendly

      Cons

      Please do not attribute this review to a personal vendetta or similar. Do not buy into the shiny marketing package, the office has an awkward bordering on toxic atmosphere and the procedures and training are none existent. Not to mention emails often come through from management at anywhere between 2 to 5 AM, which is ascribed to a @hustle culture'.

      Dog friendly office Flexible hours Good office location with nearby Tesco Lots of parking spaces. Very fun events planned quarterly.

      Cons

      Very awkward office. No HR huge đźš© They hire their friends with no interviews. Very cliquey Very low pay based on the work you do. No systems set up. No training provided.
