Pros
Work from home and hour flexibility. Decent management that is always seeking to improve operations and efficiency, focusing on making sure employees are adding value to their client's experience vs. bogged down with clerical work. Starting vacation is 10 days plus 3 days PTO and 3 floating holidays so total of 16 days off to use at employee's discretion. After 5 years you get another 5 days of vacation. After 15 you get 5 more. 401(k) matching up to 6% of salary. They do offer health benefits but I'm not familiar with them.
Cons
Only offer 12 weeks of unpaid leave for FMLA (outside of the recently passed WA FMLA requirement). They don't celebrate Good Friday, Indigenous People's Day, Juneteenth or Veterans Day. They don't really offer part time employment except to people who were employed full time for many years. I suspect that men are paid more than women for the same jobs but they discourage talking about salaries so there's no way to know. They siphon and support men going into the higher paid roles in sales and women into the lower paid service and management positions. The sales team can feel like an "old boys club" and there are many white males who make disparaging, discriminatory or objectifying comments and jokes about women.
