Pros
Decent discount. Prestige of working for a designer brand.
Cons
Poor basic pay. Long working hours, many times unpaid and expected to 'get on with it', often as a result of understaffing. Bullying and threats both from Managers and Area Managers. Staff employed who are inappropriate to the position as a result of rushed employment process. Unachievable targets appear to be set to penalise staff. Exceptionally low staff morale. High staff turnover. Company is full of 'Yes Men'. This succeeds in covering up their own inefficiency and bullying tactics.
