Pros
This is a great place to work, especially for new agents entering the industry. HUNT is very active is making agents comfortable and teaching agents about their field of work. There are constant opportunities to better yourself as an agent.
Cons
You are a salesperson, so if you don't sell, you don't make anything. That being said, it always takes awhile to start up, as people need to know what you are doing. That can't let new agents get discouraged. In order to be good at this job, you need to be prepared to have some failures, but have an open mind and learn from any mistakes you make along the way.
