The CEO, Karen Hutton, will talk to you like an absolute idiot. It doesn't matter that you are intelligent and graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in the country. To her, you are an idiot. I left the company and it was the best decision I have ever made. Budgets? That doesn't exist at Hutton. You have to run to Karen to beg for every dollar. See... here is the thing about Karen. She was born wealthy and doesn't actually know what it means to run a business. She knows money...yes. She doesn't know people. She will treat you like the disposable commodity you are. She will suck the life and joy from you...and when she is done...toss you. I worked at Hutton for a few years. I have seen many people uproot their families and relocate to work at Hutton, only a short time later fired or quitting due to burnout. If you are thinking that Hutton is a place to call home... think again.
