Pros
You will be forced to learn a lot because every department is understaffed and overworked. A good jumping off point for someone joining the workforce.
Cons
Everyone complaining about Karen Hutton is spot on. Extremely rude to her employees and thinks everyone is replaceable. This causes high turnover which leads to more work for the great employees there. 15-20% lower pay than the industry average but they expect everyone to work 10+ hour days.
