Far from the best. - Anonymous employee HX5 Employee Review

Provide absolutely zero incentives for work performance. No performance based annual salary increases-no annual performance evaluation at all. Higher management has no direct involvement with day to day or even big picture. Also provide zero support to employees beyond the very basics. No opportunities for growth. I was literally told that I would have to discuss a position upgrade directly with the government customer…..slows my mind to this day! One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for unfortunately.
