Pros
The People are A-Players: Everyone here is driven to succeed, and has the intelligence + problem solving abilities to capitalize on that drive. The whole company has real healthy team camaraderie with entrepreneurial spirit, a great culture which starts with our CEO and co-founders leading from the front. The engineering and product team building our solutions are among the most talented and well-rounded group I've ever seen, and the Sales/SE/Leadership business side are all veteran security leaders with strong track records of success. The Solutions Work as Advertised: HYPR Customers love the solutions we build, and are able to successfully meet their objectives. The Timing in the Market: Timing is ideal in the market to rid the world of passwords, with a technology that is truly deployable. Very strong interest in HYPR, despite the fact we don't have a massive marketing budget and plaster our logos on airport billboards.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a newer technology company getting flooded with interest from the market, we find ourselves a bit resource constrained at times. But this is negated in part by the fact that the whole company is made up of A-players who know how to succeed in spite of having such a full plate of work. All the typical benefits are available, but just a bit costly, yet are in process of improving as well as we grow.
