Cons
As a growth stage start-up that is working towards scaling its operations, there are bound to be more messiness and broken rules than bigger players where there are set of rules and procedures in place. Therefore, for anyone who had left HackerTrail for something better, it is not the company that has substandard practice but more of individuals who are not culturally fit.
