Cons
Low pay. Cultish culture - people quote, praise and make memes about the CEO - he's the center of attention. Contradictory messaging. Hadean is supposedly "proud of being transparent and involving employees", yet a person can leave the company and the team-members won't be told anything until they leave and employees get scolded for asking questions. Hadean supposedly cares about your wellbeing, yet you'll be told to work during weekends or while sick. You can hear that the company's future depends on a project, yet when the project can't be delivered nothing happens. The CEO has a hostile personality. He keeps asking people for questions but people are afraid to ask because he frequently mocks people for asking. The CEO is very defensive, seems to be afraid of engineers, as a result he's often contemptous towards them. Luckily, he's easy to read, so you can avoid most of the problems by telling him what he wants to hear.
