      Pros

      Good products. Nice people and very good salary and benefits. Flexible working hours and very good document control.

      Cons

      Penny wise pound foolish in my opinion. Shutting down uk site to move to Asia to cut costs. I think quality might suffer. To much control from head office

      Great management and accounting department. The accounting director was unbelievably helpful and great to learn from.

      Beleive there was a hiring freeze.
