Pros
On-site childcare, good snow removal, benefit package is competitive, the chairs are comfortable, the lighting is sufficient and the phones work well.
Cons
Over-abundant management team playing musical chairs. Investment in business is random and discontinuous. Helpful information is carefully guarded in a culture of "information is power". Organizations and sites don't work efficiently together. No employee development, promotions are non-existent, senior slots are filled from outside, outsourced or contracted.
