      only pro was work from home

      This company blindsides their employees with shady lay offs & terminations. Weekly coachings with your direct management where you are being told you are hitting or exceeding all of your goals mean nothing as they terminate employment with no warning or legitimate reason. Complete waste of time.

      Pros

      Working from home (away from HQ) has allowed us to maintain a really healthy work-life balance — better than what I've experienced at other organizations. The "We take care of each other" and "One Team Hagerty" values genuinely come through in the culture. I also appreciate that I can pitch ideas for improvements without worrying about someone else taking credit for them.

      Nothing really needs improvement. Everything is working as expected and teams are happy
