Very intelligent and approachable founders and top management. Generally smart people around, good vibes, good treatment of employees, decent flexibility in hybrid office/home work and other aspects.
Cons
Conservative tech leadership mainly in Software division, slow to reform things that don't work well, top-down hierarchy strong central planning and 'execution focus' at the expense of flexibility innovation and sense of ownership of individuals and teams.
