Pros
I've met several really kind people who make some work days easier.
Cons
There is no structured or intentional training or development of employees, you are simply assigned projects, added to meetings, and asked to figure things out as best you can. This kind of atmosphere slows your development and results in a lot of holes in your knowledge. It's not a good company for someone who wants make sure they develop a solid foundation in CPG. Many people are a combination of overworked and unmotivated and several process are broken so it's extremely easy for projects to be executed poorly or not at all - we're just not a well-oiled machine. Lastly for anyone interested in the actual marketing piece of brand management (ad campaigns, etc), it might vary a bit by brand but this company doesn't do much marketing at all because budgets don't allow for it - they focus mainly on developing products vs marketing them.
