      Pros

      Pay 100% health insurance (only employee, for family after 1 year) and free lunch.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. They don't have any experience of large, or medium size business. They treat employees like a cashier at McDonald. You have to send birthday card to president and owner of the company (chairman) every year and you have to sing and take short video to celebrate their birthday.
