Pros

Team environment, owners who care about their employees, alot of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, fully remote so flexibility and convenience when "life happens", opportunities to shape your future direction with the company if you choose to.

Cons

Being fully remote can present some challenges but they do a lot of things to combat that. Quarterly town halls, team building activities, once per year all company in-person event, encourages random banter on a dedicated Slack channel, team member recognitions and celebrations of accomplishments.

Pros

There are great people here, who are smart, hardworking, and kind. Everyone is always willing to help, and there is no shortage of opportunities to learn. As a company, Haley also genuinely cares for the well-being of their clients. It's not just about the bottom line. In marketing, that people-first mindset is refreshing. Work-life balance is also great. I know many people who work at marketing agencies and work 60+ hours a week. That isn't the case here. People tend to stick to their 40 hours a week. You can also flex your schedule if you need to accommodate an appointment, etc. PTO is permissive PTO: you have to request it, but they tend to approve it. You can expect around 1 week/quarter, though that's flexible. I also think Haley does a lot better than other companies at creating a remote-first culture. I feel connected and part of the community despite working remotely.

Cons

One of the benefits of working for a company that is willing to grow/change is that there can be some growing pains during times of transition. If change is hard for you to navigate, you might struggle here. Would also love if dental coverage was included, but it's a smaller company, so that's sometimes that's difficult to make happen. Health insurance plans are just-OK, but again, smaller companies sometimes have more limited options.
