flexibility of schedule, patient and understanding management, co-workers and managers that love their jobs, ability to borrow books and music.

Cons

Slightly inadequate heating in our location made for some cold days at work during the winter.

Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

Cons

Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
