unlimited PTO, hybrid schedule, no background check for corporate employees
Cons
people look up others online and use that as a way to terminate them even when the company explicitly states they don't do background checks. They are always in trouble with the Dept of Labor for either not paying their employees or if they terminate them they do not update their systems for months even years so past employees cannot collect unemployment while searching for a new role. HR is a joke, new leadership and worse culture.
