Pros
Before 2009 it was good place with mature and understanding management.
Cons
Poor management ,not understanding people based on gossips,informers who can protend to be your friends,you cannot trust your colleagues. A lot of hate and jealousy about small things. Nursery environment. Making redundant more experience people and bringing young ones which needs to learn.
