      WARNING DO NOT WORK FOR HALLMARK!! They will make a fantastic job offer and they will not honor it. I left my job to work at Hallmark on the offer of a decent salary, an assistant, 2 maintenance men, and a flexible schedule. After 30 days I was told I won't get the assistant, second maintenance man, or the flex schedule and the salary would not be renegotiated. They simply said if I didn't like it I could leave, then came in a few days later and fired me for fraudulent causes. Absolutely terrible place to work. You have been warned.

      Occasionally you're invited to a company lunch.

      Cons

      No room to grow unless you're either in bed with or good friends with someone higher. It will not matter if you bust your butt day in and day out, show up early, stay late, or do the dirty jobs no one else wants to do. You will not get recognition you deserve. At first you'll be liked and treated great, but once you do something that upsets the management like take time off or call in sick. You're treated like crap and they will just work you until you want to quit. They will leave you out of all company functions and never give you the opportunity to grow. You will be treated like a dog.
