      Halodoc has a very positive and supportive work environment. The company truly respects work-life balance, which allows for flexibility and reduces burnout. They also do a great job of recognizing employee contributions through competitive salary packages and meaningful annual hikes.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are no significant drawbacks to mention. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and any minor issues have always been handled professionally and efficiently.
